Feather privacy requests
Email support@gaiahex.com to ask about access, correction or erasure of information held off your device. The link prepares a draft in your mail app; it sends nothing automatically. If it does not open, copy the address and use the subject “Feather privacy request”.
Describe the request and which service or interaction it concerns: support correspondence, usage measurement, crash reports or a purchase/paywall record. Platform, approximate dates and an identifier already available to you can help locate records. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, a full diary or unnecessary health information. We may ask for information needed to verify a request or find the relevant records.
Local data and provider records are separate
There is no Feather app account or server diary to delete. In the app, open Privacy and choose Delete data to reset saved local state and attempt removal of referenced app-owned photos and earlier recordings. This is not a secure wipe. It does not guarantee removal of unreferenced files, caches, native SDK preferences, shared copies, original library photos or operating-system backups. See Privacy section 9.
Local deletion and withdrawing optional measurement do not erase records already held by PostHog, Sentry, Superwall, Meta or the stores, and do not submit a provider-erasure request. Email us separately about those records. Because Feather has no app account and measurement uses random identifiers, some records may not be identifiable from an email address. Provider lookup, retention, deletion capabilities and lawful record-keeping requirements can limit what can be done. We will explain applicable limits; this page does not promise universal erasure, removal of every backup or a fixed retention or response deadline. Applicable legal rights and deadlines still apply.
Deleting local data, emailing a request or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription or delete an Apple or Google account. Manage billing with the purchasing store account; see the Terms.
Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to a regulator. Identity checks, available identifiers and lawful exceptions may apply. See the Privacy Policy and Contact.
