For app support, email support@gaiahex.com. Opening a mail link prepares a draft in your email app; it does not send anything automatically. If the link does not open, copy the address into your mail app.

Tell us which platform and app version you use and describe the problem. Include only information needed to understand it. Do not send payment credentials, passwords, a full diary or sensitive attachments. Support is not a clinical or emergency service, and this page does not promise a response deadline.

For a subscription, manage or cancel through the store account used to buy it. Removing the app or deleting local data does not cancel billing. See the Terms.

For access, correction or erasure questions about off-device records, use the privacy request page. The Privacy Policy explains local storage, optional measurement, necessary billing and deletion limits. Your email provider and the provider handling our support correspondence receive what you choose to send.
